Services I Offer

Your well-being is my top priority. Since 2014, I have been dedicated to providing personalized psychological and counseling services to individuals in the Kansas City area (KS and MO). In 2025, I will also be expanding my services to offer online therapy for those located within Canada. Regardless of your circumstances, my therapy sessions are designed to help you build confidence, support your healing journey, and empower you to create a life where you can thrive.

Life often presents us with challenges, struggles, and trauma that can leave us feeling disconnected, defeated, and isolated. These experiences can overwhelm us with feelings of hopelessness, powerlessness, and loneliness. Taking the step to reach out for help can feel daunting and vulnerable—but you don't have to face it alone.

Combining my expertise in neuroscience and psychology with a range of therapeutic models (including EMDR, Narrative Therapy, DBT, and others), my goal is to help you understand yourself better and navigate the complexities of the world around you. Together, we will take the necessary steps to process your experiences, heal, and work toward the life you deserve.

I offer both in-home therapy, where I come to your home at a time that works for you and your family, as well as online therapy for added flexibility. Every individual, couple, and family is unique, and I would be honored to support you on your journey toward healing and growth.
